This is one of my Go-To Cake recipes!
I use this Delicious White Chocolate Mud Cake recipe for a lot of my cakes, because it tastes Amazing, it has a Rich White Chocolate and Vanilla Flavor that can be enjoyed all on it's own...Honestly, I can eat a whole White Chocolate Mud Cake just like that, No frosting, No Nothing, just the cake!
This cake also has a Great sturdy texture for stacking or carving which is Perfect for the types of cakes that I like to make.
*FYI: I use Bisquick Baking Mix for this Recipe Not All purpose Flour!

Ingredients:
-2 cups Bisquick Baking mix
-2 teaspoons baking powder
-1 cup milk
-3/4 cups butter
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-1 cup white chocolate chips
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
-In a saucepan over medium heat combine milk, butter, sugar, and white chocolate chips. Stir until completely melted.

Remove from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
Then add the eggs and vanilla extract and whisk well.
In a separate bowl combine the Baking mix flour and baking powder together.
Add the melted white chocolate mixture to the flour mixture one cup at a time, mixing after each addition.
Pour the batter into greased/lined cake pans .

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes.
*Makes 2 (8 inch) cakes.
