Ingredients:
*MANGO SMOOTHIE:
- 4 cups Mango Chunks (frozen)
- 1- 1/2 cups Greek Vanilla Yogurt
- Sugar or honey to taste
*CRUMBLE TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 4 graham crackers
- 1 teaspoon sugar
-1 tablespoon melted butter
*BERRY TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Raspberries

Directions:
If using fresh mangoes, dice your mangoes enough to have 4 cups. Add them in a ziplock bag and freeze them for about an hour. If using already Frozen mangoes add them into the blender or food processor and blend the mango chunks until they have broken down.
Then add in the yogurt and sweetener (sugar or honey) if desired. Blend again until the mixture is thick and creamy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a sheet pan lined with parchment paper add your almonds and toast them for 5-7 min. After they have cooled, add them into a ziplock bag along with the graham crackers and smash them until coarse crumbs form. Then transfer the crumbs into a bowl, add the butter and sugar, mix and set aside.
Serve in a bowl with the crumble topping and fresh berries or any fruit you want.
