Banana Cake Recipe

For all you Banana Lovers...here is the perfect Moist and Most Delicious Banana Cake Recipe!

This Recipe took me a few tries to perfect, but I can now say it is PERFECT!

This Cake recipe is Super Moist and has a rich Banana flavor that can be enjoyed all on it's own and made into a loaf pan like Banana bread!

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup butter (softened)

-3/4 cups sugar

-2 eggs

-1 teaspoon vanilla extract

-2 overripe bananas

-1/4 cup milk

-2 cups Bisquick

-1 (3.4oz) package banana pudding

-2 teaspoons baking powder

-1/4 teaspoon salt



Directions:

In a mixer, mix the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Then add in the vanilla extract.



In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and add in the milk. Mix them together well.



In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (the flour, pudding, salt, and baking powder)



Add the flour mixture into the butter and sugar mixture 1/2 cup at a time, alternating with the banana mixture, starting and ending with the flour mixture.

Mix very well, the mixture should be thick and creamy!



*This is a 2lb. recipe perfect for an 8x8 inch square cake pan or a loaf pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
